Service Engineer - 2

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for technical and service support for PSI product to sales team.

· Provide technical support and trainings to sales and key customers.

· Work closely with Sales team to ensure our customers satisfaction is monitored

· Provide Field installation and training to customer.

· Monitor and manage enquiries, quotations, feedback and any other sales/operational issues professionally.

· Task with meeting monthly, quarterly and annual objectives as set by management.

Background and Skill Requirements

· Degree holder and above in related fields (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics)

· Three or more years of related technical service experience

· A good track record of problem solving with analyzer instrument.

· Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English

· Ability to travel extensively
